Our beautiful first batch of award-winning okumidori blend matcha from Shizuoka, Japan

This was from the 1st harvest in 2025, processed on 28 August 2025 and arrived in New Zealand on 2 September 2025.

This is our heritage grade matcha that we recommend to make a great usucha or matcha latte.

Nitrogen-gas flushed for guaranteed freshness for at least a year from processing date if kept unopened and refrigerated.

Notes: fresh, sweet, smooth, nutty, umami

• 8-10 g white/brown sugar or maple syrup
• 100-120 mL dairy or plant-based milk
