• Competition Grade --> If you have to ask how much, you probably can't afford it (and neither can I 😂). The best of this grade is world class

• Imperial Grade --> Slooowly getting up there, but still a clear level below competition grade. This would cost at least 2.5-3x in the USA

• Heritage Grade --> Remember that one time you had an incredible matcha latte in Tokyo/Kyoto/Osaka (since you've probably never been anywhere else in Japan)? Yeah my matcha is probably better. Follow my recipes and you too could pretend to be cultured

• Signature Grade --> My personal minimum standard. This will change your perspective on both matcha and hojicha forever

• Premium Grade --> A budget friendly option likely better than the "best matcha" and "best hojicha" products from most other local brands but without the insane markups. I only stock this occasionally as proof that you don't need to shell out $$$ for quality tea
