hojicha oat milk latte gelato yabukita blend hojicha (light roast), shizuoka [heritage grade] thanks so much to ryan and kahwen for being the first business to take the time to listen to my very casual (unprofessional) and freestyle sales pitch 😂 you two are the loveliest and make damn good gelato (their cny pineapple tart gelato is my favourite and i like to enhance it with a green sichuan peppercorn syrup) i'm grateful that you have been very accommodating to my honest suggestions for potential improvements for not only multiple batches of the hojicha oat milk gelato, but also for some of your other flavours as well! |

- lerryn at little honey is even more unhinged than me and i love it!
- i happened to find his restaurant through reddit and figured i'd do a solo dining experience. ended up inadvertently showcasing my matcha and hojicha in exchange for his coffee beans and had a wonderful dinner and chat for 3 hours lol. i think about his fermented golden kiwifruit juice a few times a month
