I think I have changed my mind about the light roast hojicha, there's something nice about the cereal milky taste although I've noticed I prefer to use more hojicha powder per serving compared to matcha. It was a while ago now... but I had the chance to try the Bear Gelato Hojicha (which I know you supply the hojicha for) and it was soooo yummy, which also helped me change my mind
