This was from the new 1st harvest in 2025, processed on 3 August 2025 and arrived in New Zealand on 11 August 2025.

This is our premium grade matcha that we recommend to make an usucha, matcha latte, or if you're so inclined, low heat baking.

This is probably better than most other "premium" matcha powders you can find elsewhere in New Zealand, at a fraction of the price.

Nitrogen-gas flushed for guaranteed freshness for at least a year from processing date if kept unopened and refrigerated.

• 3-4 g matcha 
• 30-40 mL water
• 8-10 g white/brown sugar or maple syrup
• 100-120 mL dairy or plant-based milk
