Comments: Very smooth, almost total lack of any lumps or lingering fragments of matcha

Comments: Slightly weaker than the previous matcha, but not a downfall of this matcha, it just comes down to personal preference. This matcha has a more subtle taste.
Overall - 8.5-9/10
Comments: Very good matcha, extremely high quality that can be compared to other ceremonial grade matchas from Japan that we have tried. Definitely worth the investment!

Comments: One of the brightest matchas I have ever seen, a gorgeous vibrant green colour that is extremely appetising and reminiscent of terrific quality!
Creaminess - 9/10
Comments: Extremely smooth and produced a beautiful microfoam which contributed to the overall creaminess of the matcha. Frothed up well and was satisfying to drink.
Sweetness - 9/10
Comments: This matcha had a natural sweetness that made it easy to drink. Absolutely delicious.
Smoothness - 10/10
Comments: Probably the smoothest matcha I've ever had. Absolutely zero grain and was silky smooth even after sitting in the cup for a while.
Overall - 9.5/10
Comments: Nearly no notes, thoroughly enjoyed this matcha and I believe it's one of the best powders I have ever tried. The freshness of the batch and obvious quality contributed to what is now my go-to matcha powder!
This is most certainly a product of superior quality and produces utmost delightful beverages.

You accidentally sent me the dark roast hojicha, which honestly, I think is preferable haha.
The mystery tea is hands down my favourite, you were absolutely right. I can hardly wait to find out which it is, but the flavour is soo incredibly familiar it's driving me nuts haha. I need more. My nearly 3 year old loves it too!
I think I have changed my mind about the light roast hojicha, there's something nice about the cereal milky taste although I've noticed I prefer to use more hojicha powder per serving compared to matcha. It was a while ago now... but I had the chance to try the Bear Gelato Hojicha (which I know you supply the hojicha for) and it was soooo yummy, which also helped me change my mind
I thought the flavour was really good (especially because I don't drink matcha usucha style, I exclusively drink lattes) and its pretty good value for its price.

I've had a couple tries of the dark roast and I really enjoy it. The flavour is similar to the light roast but there's an extra nutty earthiness in it, it is quite nice.

Storage
squeeze out air from the zip lock bag, reseal, and refrigerate. it will last many, many months that way
do not store powdered tea at room temperature for extended periods
