This is our signature grade matcha that we recommend to make an usucha or a fantastic matcha latte.

The tsuyuhikari blend has a naturally brighter green hue than the okumidori blend.

Nitrogen-gas flushed for guaranteed freshness for at least a year from processing date if kept unopened and refrigerated.
