Our beautiful first batch of award-winning tsuyuhikari blend matcha from Shizuoka, Japan

This was from the 1st harvest in 2025, processed on 28 August 2025 and arrived in New Zealand on 2 September 2025.

This is our signature grade matcha that we recommend to make an usucha or a fantastic matcha latte.

Nitrogen-gas flushed for guaranteed freshness for at least a year from processing date if kept unopened and refrigerated.
