Our beautiful award-winning single cultivar tsuyuhikari matcha from Shizuoka, Japan.
This is our signature grade matcha that we recommend to make an usucha or a fantastic matcha latte.
Nitrogen-gas flushed for guaranteed freshness for at least a year from processing date if kept unopened and refrigerated.
This particular batch is a bit more coarse in texture than usual and you might find it a bit "grainy" or fibrous. However, this does not affect the flavour of the matcha. I suggest using a sieve for this one.
The price has been heavily discounted to compensate hehe.
If this could be an issue, I suggest choosing a different batch of matcha!
