1 may 2026 - it finally arrived (well one of two boxes did, but that's ok i'm not going to sell many for a while anyway)
- it's also a pain for me to find boxes to send this in as well heh
i present my satin-finished 304 stainless steel matcha/powdered tea sifter (with three complimentary stainless steel rings) for all your tea powder sifting needs
it sifts a standard serving (2-4 g) in a few seconds and doubles as a tea canister when you remove the sifting insert as well
dishwasher safe, but you should probably wash the detachable sifter and rings by hand anyway
pretty sure this is the first of its kind in new zealand so you saw it here first 😎

is it perfect? no. there is a bit of manual labour behind this so there are definitely imperfections and to be honest i'm okay with that (coming from someone overcoming perfectionism)
it costs me ~$10 nzd + shipping to get each of these here and after all the admin fees and taxes, my actual profit is ~$8 nzd. you purchasing this is honestly more akin to shouting me a cup of matcha to support me AND you also get a sifter/tea canister at the same time that you can use to sift or strain other things too. not a bad deal anymore, right? 😂
there's a subtle n2 matcha logo lasered on the lid so you can me remember forever even if i disappear 🍵 🫥
as usual, i've had to stick with plain packaging, but you should know by now that the goods are going to be great anyway 😏
currently i'll be bubble wrapping this and chucking them in larger postage bags when sending them out as the upgrade to a postage box would add $4-5 to the shipping cost, so please forgive me for the packaging! it's made of very hardy 304 stainless steel anyway so it won't get damaged easily i promise 🌈

Storage
squeeze out air from the zip lock bag, reseal, and refrigerate. it will last many, many months that way
do not store powdered tea at room temperature for extended periods
