My manufacturer says it’s predominantly from the Nuwara Eliya, Sabaragamuwa and Uva regions (නුවරඑළිය, සබරගමුව සහ නුවර), but I'm pretty sure she's using AI or something. Either way, this is an incredible powder with so much depth to it
This is my imperial grade earl grey tea powder from Sri Lanka blended with an extremely high quality, cold-pressed bergamot oil that I recommend this to make an incredible milk tea or latte or used in your fine dining-style desserts
On a side note, the bergamot oil reduces the surface tension and microfoam stability (throwback to high school physics). Something to keep in mind if you want to make a nice looking microfoam for the 'gram - you gotta to take those photos quickly 📸

Storage
squeeze out air from the zip lock bag, reseal, and refrigerate. it will last many, many months that way
do not store powdered tea at room temperature for extended periods
