Strongly reminiscent of floral honey flavours like those found in Mi Lan Xiang and Oriental Beauty teas, especially when a bit of sweetener is added
I collaborated with Bear Gelato to make their light roast yabukita blend hojicha oat milk gelato using this 🍨
